Very nice Customer service, great food. Came out quickly& made to order. Their cheese pizza was very good Definitely recommend it.

GYROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was in town, hitting up a concert at the Apollo and while driving there, I asked my friend "where can we get gyros around here??" and seriously, not even a minute later, we see Pete's Tom & Jerry's on the right side. He goes "right there" which was good enough for me. Friendly people, quick service, and very good food.

Something has changed. We used to love it. But the last three times we have been totally disappointed. And who ever heard of a chili cheese dog coming with peppers, relish, mustard, tomato??? We called and were told it's Chicago style. I'm, no. It's not. On a chili cheese dog??? Gross.

We no longer live in the area but every time we come to visit we must stop and get gyros. I came alone this time for a family emergency and my husband didn't get to come but mentioned the gyros. They were so nice there and separated the sauce from the gyro so I could freeze a couple and take back to Missouri. They could not have been any nicer. Consider a location in Saint Joseph, Missouri!!!

This is by FAR the best place to get a gyro. I've tried several places in Chicago's Greek neighborhood and none come close to Tom & Jerry's. I now live in Dallas, TX and I don't get to come here as much as I once did, but EVERY time I'm in the area, I am sure to hit Tom & Jerry's at least once. There is so much gyro meat every time that you have to eat a bunch of it before you can fold the pita enough to eat the gyro. The gyro meal includes a giant bag of delicious fries and a drink. They have excellent sub sandwiches, fried mushrooms, mini tacos, and much more to offer as well! Thank you for your awesomeness Tom & Jerry's, I can't wait until next time!

Good food but service is a little slow

Their gyros are the best I've ever had. Great Chicago style hot dogs and as far as I know, the only place in town that has good onion rings.

Becoming disappointed with this place. Prices continue to go up, portions are getting smaller, quality of fries depends on what time you're there. In the early to mid afternoon, the fries are either cold, or, dark brown due to possibly dropping them back in the grease to heat them back up. Still better than McDonald's though.

Service is always quick. Love their Gyros.

The food was good, order online for delivery. Delivery was on time. The only disappointment was when delivery arrived the driver came to the door opened screen door to knock and when I came to the door to my surprise he was still standing there with food in hand with No Face Mask and preceded to hand me my food. When I asked where his mask was he gave dirty look and said "I dont have one". That was the whole reason I asked for delivery. All other delivery places place food on porch and walk away by time I get to the door. Plus they are still wearing face mask.

I believe this is my husband fovorite fast food option in Belvidere. Fair prices, delicious food, satisfying servings. Lots of options all done well. Really good fries!!!

Ask for no peppers on Chicago dogs and they always put more that if I asked for them.

You aren't my parent! And i doubt you get sent to the principles office! So, if you won't delivery to Chrysler, then you don't have tho worry about me placing another order... EVER! Is not as if you're breaking the law. Another one bites the dust.

Food was good. Ordered a beef and cheese but didn't get the cheese....someone I went with had the same issue, and also didn't get the peppers they ordered either. So, short of missing those things, the staff worked fast, and the food was quite good.

GUYS why did you turn your large fries into a tiny in a cardboard tube????????? That was one of the great items and why I would go here??? those fries and the bag they came in were one of the only things left that reminded you of an old hamburger joint! Now how big are they a 1/4 the size? bad choice! bad choice!

Good fries and hot dog. Great service and very clean. Glad they deliver.

Pretty sad when you mess up a hotdog. Bun is hard and so much mustard that it looked like the bottle blew up.

Good beef sandwich

We used to love this place. We made the mistake of ordering food for delivery. We were missing 2 hot dogs and when I called we were told they would be remade or we could get a credit. We had to go get them as we had someone waiting to eat because their food was forgotten. I get it nobody's perfect but 1. They should have been brought to us2. They should have been remade (they weren't the bun was soggy)3. Sincere apologies not give my husband attitude because he shows up at close to get our food.

Good food. Good service. And good prices. Recommend.

This place has everything. Lots of stuff. Of course the gyros are fantastic Delivery too. Go there almost every weekend.

I was here months ago and wasn't too impressed. I stopped in today for a quick bite to eat to give them another try and it was wonderful. They were so slammed and were killing it. There was a young lady in there with a hat and she was running the show. Bagging the food, getting the orders to the delivery drivers and over to the window! This place has definitely improved. I will be back again.
